[Product Features]
This is an aluminum side bumper kit. You can assemble your own side bumper by combining parts. The JB Aluminum Side Bumper End Caps for the 100H are designed to cover the cut portion of the aluminum side bumper when the toolbox lid or the arm of the gate opening/closing assist device interferes with the main body of the bumper.

[ JB Aluminum Side Bumper Assembly Instructions ]

To attach the JB aluminum side bumper body to the corner section, insert one M8 x 20 hex bolt into the corner section, insert it from the end of the body, cover the corner back plate (for aluminum extrusions), and secure the bolt with an M8 hex nut, M8 spring washer, and M8 flat washer. (Please use a JIS M8 hex bolt.)

[Notes]
* The M8 x 20 hex bolts, M8 hex nuts, M8 spring washers, and M8 flat washers required for assembling the JB aluminum side bumper are not included. Please prepare these items yourself.
○When installing, please secure with adhesive or rivets to prevent it from falling off.
〇This product should be used as a safety measure for the cut areas of JB aluminum side bumpers.
○Please install in accordance with vehicle safety standards.
