This is an aluminum side bumper kit. You can configure a side bumper by combining parts. The JB aluminum side bumper mounting bracket is a part used to secure the side bumper body to the mounting stay. When extending the side bumper body, you can also connect the side bumper body by using the joint back plate and four mounting brackets. The completed wing body made by the side bumper body manufacturer does not come with an overhang side bumper. This product is also suitable for retrofitting an overhang side bumper.

[ JB Aluminum Side Bumper Assembly Method ]

〇 How to install the JB aluminum side bumper body and the stay <br />Insert one M8 x 20 hex bolt into the mounting bracket, insert it from the end of the body, and secure the bolt at the stay with an M8 hex nut, M8 spring washer, and M8 flat washer. (*There are no holes in the stay, *Please use a JIS M8 hex bolt.)
〇 JB Aluminum Side Bumper Joint Back Plate Installation Method
When installing the JB Aluminum Side Bumper joint back plate on the JB Aluminum Side Bumper main body, use it together with the four JB Aluminum Side Bumper mounting brackets. Insert one M8 x 20 hex bolt into each of the four mounting brackets, and insert them from the end of the main body. On the back side of the joint part of the main body, place the joint back plate in the middle position of the joint, and install it so that the back side of the main body is sandwiched between the mounting bracket and back plate. Secure the mounting bracket bolts with M8 hex nuts, M8 spring washers, and M8 flat washers. Bolt the back plate with the flat side facing the mounting bracket.

* The hexagon bolt M8 x 20, hexagon nut M8, spring washer M8, and flat washer M8 required for assembling the JB aluminum side bumper are not included. Please prepare them yourself.
