Extra tilt hinge pins in stock

Aori hinge pins are consumables. It is recommended that you purchase an extra one so that you can replace it at any time and keep it in your office or in your car.

The tilt hinge pin is always under load, and the cotter pin that holds the tilt hinge pin may break and fall off due to daily opening and closing of the tilt or vibration during driving. Leaving the cotter pin detached will lead to the detachment of the tilt hinge pin itself, which is very dangerous.

Also, if one tilt hinge pin falls off, the other hinge pins will be overloaded, shortening the life of the hinge pins. In such a case, the tilt hinge pin wears and the pin may break. Excessive wear or breakage of the hinge pin is extremely dangerous as it can lead to unexpected accidents such as falling off of the tilting itself in the worst case.

Be sure to check the tilt hinge pins before operation, check for broken or missing cotter pins, excessive wear or breakage of tilt hinge pins, and replace them as soon as possible.
