Yamada Body Works sells "chassis U-bolt 2t" with internal length from 200mm to 420mm. Since the inner length is prepared at intervals of 20 mm, it fits many trucks. The internal width (75mm) and shaft diameter (φ11) are common to all chassis U bolts (for 2t), and the screw size is also common: bolt diameter φ12, screw length 70mm, and screw pitch 1.25.

The material of the bolt is equivalent to iron SS400, and the surface is treated with cationic electrodeposition coating. Washers are not included, but we sell "chassis U-bolt washers for 2t" with dimensions that match chassis U-bolts of 2t.

How to select a chassis U-bolt

Chassis U-bolts have different internal lengths depending on the type, so select them according to the dimensions of the truck chassis frame, etc.

The formula that can calculate the length of the inner dimension of the chassis U-bolt is:

• Inside dimension of chassis U-bolt = Chassis frame height + spacer height + vertical joist height + 40mm (dimension of washer and double nut)

If you don't have the same length chassis U-bolts, choose 10mm longer ones.

Four nuts are attached to the U bolt, so tightening with the W nut will prevent loosening.
