Cooling-off regulation

1. Cancellation before receiving goods

  • If the ordered product does not meet the conditions of "Cancellation cannot be canceled" in "Before shipping procedure is completed", you can cancel it. Please contact us by phone, fax or e-mail.

*Orders cannot be canceled.
*Cancellations cannot be made if the total purchase price exceeds 20,000 yen (tax included).

2. Returns after receiving the product

  • After receiving the product, it can be returned if it does not correspond to the [non-returnable products and conditions] . Please contact us by phone, fax or e-mail immediately. Please be sure to return the item to us within 7 days after it arrives. Please note that we will not be able to accept returns if the deadline has passed or if you do not contact us.

〇 Ordered product
〇 Tool box/fender・・・Because it is a large product, scratches and dents are likely to occur during transportation.
〇 Gas springs/gas dampers...Because of the nature of the product, it is so delicate that the characteristics change even if it is used once.
〇U bolt・・・Removing the nut may cause paint peeling or scratches.
〇 The total price of the product exceeds 20,000 yen (tax included)

  • *Customers are responsible for any shipping charges to us for returns. Please acknowledge it before sending it.

3. Refund method after cancellation

  • After arrival of the product, we will check the condition of the product.
  • If there is no problem with the product, we will refund the price of the returned product less the transfer fee to the customer's designated account.
  • Please be sure to fax us your account number and name, as this will be required for a refund.
  • In regard to the customer's repayment of the credit settlement here please contact.

Handling of defective products

  • Although we take every possible measure to manage our products, if you think there is a problem with the quality of the product, please contact us by TEL, email or FAX within 7 days after the product arrives. After confirming the situation, we will replace it promptly.

*The cost of installation (such as wages) is not covered by the warranty.
