About delivery and shipping fee
The ordered products will be delivered by Kuroneko Yamato's Takkyubin or Seino Transportation.
* Delivery is available only in Japan.
◆ Delivery reception time
- In-stock items will be shipped on the same day if they are received by 13:00 (1 pm) on normal business days, and will be shipped the next business day or later after that.・ ・ ・ Regarding "cash on delivery" and orders for which payment has been completed.

[Basic shipping rules]
- * If one order is shipped to the same address on the same day, the total product price is 750 yen (tax included) up to 2,000 yen (tax included). - * Delivery is only within Japan.
- * It is a flat rate nationwide regardless of the number of units packed and the weight.

- * For Hokkaido, for products over 160 size and less than 200 size (tool box, fender, etc.), a special shipping fee of 2,160 yen (tax included) will be charged separately in addition to the standard shipping fee of 1,050 yen (tax included). .. (There is a description on the product page)
- * For Hokkaido, products over 200 sizes (such as lashing rails) will incur a special shipping fee of 4,320 yen (tax included) per unit in addition to the standard fare of 1,050 yen (tax included). (There is a description on the product page)
- * Special shipping charges cannot be automatically added due to the system, so we will inform you after ordering.
- * Some products can not be shipped to Okinawa / remote islands. (There is a description on the product page)
◆ Product delivery
- It is also possible to specify the pick-up date and pick-up time according to the customer's convenience. Please specify when ordering.
- For Okinawa, remote islands and remote areas, it will arrive the day after next. Please contact us when ordering.
- We may not be able to meet your desired time due to weather, traffic conditions, orders for weekends and holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, etc. Please place your order as soon as possible.
- If you are absent at the time of delivery, we will leave the absentee slip at the delivery destination and deliver it again at the desired time. Please see the absence slip for details.
- If delivery is delayed, you can also track the location of the item at that time. Please feel free to contact us.
- When the product arrives, be sure to pick it up and check that there are no defects such as damage to the package.
- In the case of cash on delivery, the receipt given by the shipping company will also be the receipt. There is no problem under tax law, so please use it.
- * If you need our official receipt, we will respond only if you request it at the time of ordering. When you place an order, please enter "receipt request" and "address / proviso" in the "order comment" list. Please note that we cannot respond to invoices at a later date.
