Polyol hinges are recommended for flip-up doors that handle items that you do not want to get wet because the hinge part is made of rubber and rain does not enter through the gaps in the hinge when the door is opened. Since it comes with a drop-off prevention metal fitting, be sure to attach it before use. In addition, the polyol hinge is a consumable item because the hinge part is made of rubber. If cracks or cracks are found in the rubber part due to deterioration over time, replace it immediately.
JB Al Hinge Ⅱ is used by combining the upper installed on the gate side with aluminum hinges and the lower installed on the door side. JB Al Hinge II is also suitable for flip-up doors that handle items that you do not want to get wet, as it has a structure that makes it difficult for rain to enter through the gaps in the hinge when the door is opened (*not completely waterproof).
