Vehicles newly registered after September 15, 2020 will be required to have license plate lights that meet the ECE R4 technical standards, installed in the correct position relative to the license plate as specified at the time of ECE certification. This license plate light LSL-1014AV mounting base LSN-D002 can be used in combination with the LSN-N001 Plastic license plate frame, square, for large vehicles, to meet this standard for large trucks as a horizontal twin-lamp system.
