[Product Introduction]
The 2257-24V illuminated number plate for large trucks has been fully redesigned. Compared to the previous model, the thickness of the lighting body has been reduced from 22mm to 12mm, and the thickness of the plate and frame has been reduced from 26mm to 15mm, making it thinner. By moving the wiring cord from left to right, it is compatible with mass-produced vehicles that have holes on the right side. By adopting high-brightness domestic LEDs, the number has been reduced from 40 to 30 compared to the previous model, but it still achieves the industry's highest level of vivid light that is suitable for the presence of large vehicles, just like the previous model. All parts are made in Japan and assembled domestically. This product uses a non-polarized circuit to prevent wiring errors. Of course, it is a vehicle inspection compliant product.

• ■ Luxurious use of 30 Japanese LEDs . 30 Japanese wide-angle high-brightness LEDs are used. The traditional slit-less light guide plate emits light beautifully and evenly.
  The upper limit of brightness for illuminated number plate lighting equipment is set at 200cd, because it must not stand out more than the tail lamp. Inoue Kogyo achieved a high brightness of up to 196cd/㎡ in the test product it submitted. The average illuminance was also high at 1900lx.
• ■ 12mm slim design . Although it is a high brightness model, it has a slim design with a body of 12mm.
  Even when the number plate and frame are attached, the height is 15mm (excluding protruding parts). Even when attached to the front bumper, it does not impair the sense of unity with the vehicle.
• ■ The outer frame of the license plate is chrome plated as standard .
• ■ The wiring exit position has been changed to the right side .
  As many vehicles have holes on the right side, we have changed it from the left side of the previous model to the right side.

  The constant voltage circuit realizes stable light without variation. High functionality prevents breakdowns and problems before they occur. The enemy of LEDs is voltage fluctuations, even slight fluctuations can cause variation in light and adversely affect the lifespan.
  Therefore, we implemented a constant voltage circuit that does not depend on the battery state, realizing maintenance-free operation and a long life.

  The color of vehicle wiring may vary depending on the manufacturer. This can lead to incorrect wiring during installation, which can cause malfunctions. Inoue Kogyo products come standard with non-polarized circuits. This is a mechanism to prevent malfunctions.
