This is an aluminum side bumper kit. The parts can be combined to create the side bumper. The JB Aluminum Side Bumper 70H main unit (L=3950) has a length of L=3950mm, making it suitable for use as a wheelbase part.

[ How to assemble the JB aluminum side bumper ]

〇JB Aluminum Side Bumper Body and Corner Section Installation Method: Insert one M8 x 20 hex bolt into the corner section, insert it from the end of the main body, place the corner backing plate (for aluminum extruded products) over it, and secure the bolt with an M8 hex nut, an M8 spring washer, and an M8 flat washer. (*Please use JIS M8 hex bolts.)
〇JB Aluminum Side Bumper Body and Bracket Installation Method: Insert one M8 x 20 hex bolt into the mounting bracket, insert it from the end of the body, and secure the bolt at the bracket with an M8 hex nut, an M8 spring washer, and an M8 flat washer. (Note: There are no holes in the bracket. Please use a JIS M8 hex bolt.)

[Important Notes]
The JB aluminum side bumper assembly kit does not include the following parts: M8 x 20 hex bolts, M8 hex nuts, M8 spring washers, and M8 flat washers. Please provide these yourself.

*Due to its size and weight, this product cannot be delivered to private residences. It will only be shipped to corporate addresses or held at a delivery depot.

*We cannot deliver to Okinawa or remote islands.
