This is an aluminum side bumper kit. You can create a side bumper by combining parts. The JB Aluminum Side Bumper Corner 100H (aluminum extrusion) is a corner part for the JB Aluminum Side Bumper 100H main body. Manufacturer-made completed vehicle wing bodies do not come with overhang side bumpers. This product is also suitable for retrofitting overhang side bumpers.

[ JB Aluminum Side Bumper Assembly Instructions ]

To attach the JB aluminum side bumper body to the corner section, insert one M8 x 20 hex bolt into the corner section, insert it from the end of the body, cover the corner back plate (for aluminum extrusions), and secure the bolt with an M8 hex nut, M8 spring washer, and M8 flat washer. (Please use a JIS M8 hex bolt.)

* The M8 x 20 hex bolts, M8 hex nuts, M8 spring washers, and M8 flat washers required for assembling the JB aluminum side bumper are not included. Please prepare these items yourself.
