[Product Features]
This is an aluminum side bumper kit. You can configure a side bumper by combining parts. The JB Aluminum Side Bumper Joint Backing Plate can be used as a joint material to connect the JB Aluminum Side Bumper main body when you want to extend it. When installing the JB Aluminum Side Bumper Joint Backing Plate to the main body, please use it together with the mounting brackets (4 pieces). Install with the flat side facing the mounting brackets. Can be used for both 70H and 100H.

[ JB Aluminum Side Bumper Joint Back Plate Installation Method ]
When installing the JB Aluminum Side Bumper joint back plate on the JB Aluminum Side Bumper main body, use it together with the four JB Aluminum Side Bumper mounting brackets . Insert one M8 x 20 hex bolt into each of the four mounting brackets, and insert them from the end of the main body. Place the joint back plate in the middle position of the joint on the back side of the main body's joint part, and install it so that the back side of the main body is sandwiched between the mounting bracket and back plate. Secure the mounting bracket bolts with M8 hex nuts, M8 spring washers, and M8 flat washers. Bolt the back plate with the flat side facing the mounting bracket.

[ JB Aluminum Side Bumper Assembly Method ]

〇How to install the JB aluminum side bumper body and corner parts: Insert one M8 x 20 hexagon bolt into the corner part, insert it from the end of the body, cover the corner back plate (for aluminum extrusions), and secure the bolt with an M8 hexagon nut, M8 spring washer, and M8 flat washer. (※Please use JIS M8 hexagon bolt.)

[Notes]
* The hexagon bolt M8 x 20, hexagon nut M8, spring washer M8, and flat washer M8 required for assembling the JB aluminum side bumper are not included. Please prepare them yourself.
