[Product Features]
This is an aluminum side bumper kit. You can configure the side bumper by combining parts. The JB Aluminum Side Bumper W Stay R190 is a side bumper mounting stay for large trucks (excluding low-floor vehicles). Overhang side bumpers are not included with manufacturer-made completed wing bodies. This product is also suitable for retrofitting overhang side bumpers.
[ JB Aluminum Side Bumper Assembly Method ]

〇How to install the JB aluminum side bumper body and the stay: Insert one M8 x 20 hexagon bolt into the mounting bracket, insert it from the end of the body, and secure the bolt at the stay with an M8 hexagon nut, M8 spring washer, and M8 flat washer. (*There are no holes in the stay, *Use a JIS M8 hexagon bolt.)

* The hexagon bolt M8 x 20, hexagon nut M8, spring washer M8, and flat washer M8 required for assembling the JB aluminum side bumper are not included. Please prepare them yourself.
JB Aluminum Side Bumper W Bracket The R190 does not have mounting holes for the auxiliary bracket on the underside of the main body. Drill holes in the appropriate position for your installation situation and attach the auxiliary bracket. (Depending on the installation situation, you may need to cut the auxiliary bracket and re-drill the holes.)
