Application expiration date As a general rule, 7 days from the date of order. However, this does not include orders placed during long holidays or when the customer has agreed that the delivery time for back-ordered items will be 8 days or more from the date of order.

Payment Method ■If you pay by credit card, the payment amount will be determined at the time of your order.
■If you choose cash on delivery, please pay the price in exchange for the product.
■If you choose to pay by bank transfer (prepayment), please make the payment within 7 days of placing your order. If payment is not received, your order will be cancelled.
Payment period ■For credit cards, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and Diners Club are accepted. Payments are limited to one payment only.
■If you choose cash on delivery, please pay the price in exchange for the product.

Delivery time ■For in-stock items, orders received by 2:00 p.m. on a business day will be shipped on the same day, and orders received after that will be shipped on the next business day. This applies to orders for cash on delivery and orders for which payment has been completed. Once the items you purchased have been shipped, we will notify you by email or fax.
■For back-ordered items and out-of-stock items, we will inform you of the expected shipping date as soon as possible after receiving your order. If the order date falls on a company holiday or a manufacturer holiday, we will notify you of the expected shipping date on the next business day. Thank you for your understanding. Once your purchased items have been shipped, we will notify you by email or fax.
*If your order contains back-ordered items or out-of-stock items, we cannot deliver them in parts. If you wish to have your items delivered in parts, shipping fees will be charged for each shipment. Thank you for your understanding.

Returning the product after receiving it
■You can return products after receiving them if they are completely unopened (including the cardboard packaging used at the time of shipment) . Please contact us as soon as possible by phone, fax or email. Please be sure to return the product to us within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that we will not be able to accept returns if the deadline has passed or if you do not contact us.

Regarding refund methods after returning items

■For customers paying by credit card, please use the inquiry form to inquire about refunds.
Return fees Return shipping fees and refund transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
Handling of defective products We take every precaution when managing our products, but if you suspect there is a problem with the quality of the product, please contact us by phone, email, or fax within 7 days of delivery. After confirming the situation, we will promptly exchange the product.
