Cooling-off provisions

1. Cancellation before receiving the product

  • If the ordered item has not yet been shipped and does not fall under the conditions of "Cancellation not permitted," you can cancel it. Please contact us by phone, fax, or email to cancel.

*Orders for back-ordered items cannot be cancelled.
*Cancellation is not possible if the total product price exceeds 20,000 yen (tax included).


2.Returning the product after receiving it

  • After receiving the product, you can return it if it does not fall under the "Non-returnable products and conditions" . Please contact us immediately by phone, fax or email. Please return the product to us within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that we will not be able to accept returns if the deadline has passed or if you do not contact us.

* Items on order
Tool boxes and fenders are large items that are prone to scratches and dents during transportation.
Gas springs/gas dampers: Due to the nature of the product, they are so delicate that their characteristics can change even after just one use.
*U-bolts: Removing the nuts may cause paint chipping or scratches.
* Total product price exceeds 20,000 yen (tax included)

  • *Please note that the shipping fee for returning the product to us will be borne by the customer.


3. Refund method after cancellation

  • Once the product arrives, we will check its condition.
  • If there is no problem with the product, we will refund the price of the returned product minus the transfer fee to your designated account.
  • Please be sure to fax us your account number and name as they will be required for the refund.
  • For customers who paid by credit card, please contact us here regarding refunds.


Handling of defective products

  • We take every precaution when managing our products, but if you suspect there is a problem with the quality of the product, please contact us by phone, email, or fax within 7 days of receiving the product. After confirming the situation, we will promptly exchange the product.


*Installation costs (labor costs, etc.) and losses due to vehicle stoppage are not covered by the warranty.
