BoltLine Flex is a stamp-based system that replaces the traditional marker pen method used to mark bolts on truck bodies to ensure proper tightening. It offers 2-3 times greater efficiency compared to pen-based marking. It reduces the burden of marking numerous bolts, contributing to shorter construction times. Furthermore, it eliminates variations in marking quality among workers, improving the quality of mark verification. BoltLine Flex supports multiple bolt sizes from M8 to M12.

[Product Features]
■Easy operation for clean printing: Simply place it over the bolt and press down to easily make straight alignment marks. One cartridge allows for approximately 500 consecutive markings.

■Improved Work Efficiency: Compared to using a pen, efficiency can be increased by 2 to 3 times*. It reduces the burden of marking bolts, which have many points, and contributes to shortening the construction period.
