[Product Description]
This is a "backup power extraction harness" that supplies power to body-mounted electrical equipment from the chassis. This product is compatible with Hino Motors' medium-duty Ranger and large-duty Profia vehicles. Power extraction harness E85-351-00 is for Hino medium- and large -duty vehicles and requires power wiring from inside the cab. Due to Cyber Security/Software Update regulations, even for vehicles that do not support over-the-air software updates, electrical connections other than those specified in the manufacturer's installation instructions will not be permitted for continued production vehicles after May 1, 2025. For Hino Motors vehicles, electrical work that modifies electrical circuits, such as by interrupting wiring, is not permitted under the installation instructions. Use a connector like this product to extract power.
