[Product Description]
This is a Tamura Sogyo Quick 903 automatic dump truck seat set (kit). It's designed for 4-ton dump trucks (medium-sized dump trucks) and large-sized dump trucks. Due to a minor change, the switch box has been upgraded from an automatic shutoff system based on the current control value to a microcomputer-controlled system. Previously, the arm would sometimes hit the load too hard to stop, or in vehicles with weak batteries, the arm would not reach the control current value even when it hit the load, causing the motor to over-rotate and break. With microcomputer control, the microcomputer monitors the current value and stops the motor more slowly when it hits the load. Even in vehicles with weak batteries, the microcomputer monitors the current value, preventing unnecessary over-rotation of the motor after hitting the load. This set features a shaft diameter of φ22, an arm height of 800mm, and pipe arms, with side-mounted arms and metal brackets. The set does not include a seat.
