[Product Introduction]
This is an external groove type steel hinge suitable for mounting aluminum gates. It is used when the aluminum gate is a straight type with a floor frame. The lower side of the lower rail of the aluminum block is dedicated to the stepped type (e.g. Nikkei aluminum block, UACJ aluminum block). This is a hinge with a φ12.7 hinge pin. An improvement has been made from the conventional J6 hinge to further reduce interference between the floor frame and the aluminum gate drip. You can also choose between a type with and without pilot holes. This product is a type with pilot holes. The mounting hole pitch has also been changed from the conventional J6 hinge, so it is not compatible.
