[Product Description]
This is a set (kit) of Tamura Sogyo's dump truck automatic seat hanger Quick E62FN type. For large dump trucks . Due to a minor change, the switch box has changed from an automatic cut-off method based on the control current value to a microcomputer control. With the previous product, the arm would hit the load too hard when stopping, or in vehicles with weak batteries, there were cases where the arm would hit the load but not reach the control current value, causing the motor to rotate too much and break. With microcomputer control, the microcomputer monitors the current value and stops more slowly when it hits the load. Even in vehicles with weak batteries, the microcomputer monitors the current value, so it prevents the motor from rotating unnecessarily after hitting the load. Shaft diameter: φ28, arm boss/metal boss specifications. The arm boss is a part that is attached to the shaft at the base of the cylindrical arm, and the customer needs to prepare an arm rod and process and weld it to the arm boss. A metal boss is a part that is attached to a cylindrical shaft, and the customer must prepare a bracket to attach it to the body of the dump truck, then process and weld it into a metal boss.
