[Product Description]
The J-Skater is primarily designed for moving pallets and cargo in refrigerated and frozen trucks. By placing it on rails installed inside the vehicle and inserting the lifting rod, the pallet or cargo is raised from the floor using the principle of leverage. It employs bearings that will not freeze down to -30 degrees Celsius, preventing damage to the rollers and malfunction due to freezing inside refrigerated and frozen trucks. Standard-equipped with side rollers, it prevents frame friction due to tilting from side to side, ensuring smooth operation. Because it is a flat type, there is no need to remove and reinsert the AJ-Skater for each pallet, enabling continuous loading operations. This reduces forklift operator waiting times and improves work efficiency.

[ AJ Skater Flat Type One-Way Stopper Function ]

The one-way stopper acts as a stopper at the rear end of the pallet when pushing it into the warehouse. When moving on to the next pallet, the stopper folds down so that the AJ Skater can slide under the pallet. This feature enables smooth and continuous loading operations.
