[Product Description]
This light slider is essential for moving pallets and cargo inside truck compartments. By placing the pallet or cargo on the rails installed inside the truck compartment and inserting the lifting rod, the lever principle lifts the pallet or cargo off the floor. This product is a high-lift type with a large pallet lifting height. Because it's a flat type, there's no need to insert or remove the light slider for each pallet, enabling continuous loading operations. This reduces forklift operator waiting times and improves work efficiency.

■ The adoption of a one-way stopper without protrusions enables continuous loading operations. There is no need to worry about contact with the ceiling when loading or unloading cargo. Forklift operator waiting time is significantly reduced.
■ Lightweight and Reduced Workload: The main frame is made entirely of aluminum, resulting in a significant reduction in weight; it weighs approximately half that of a comparable steel truck pallet carrier.
■Excellent rust resistance: By adopting stainless steel bearing rollers and constructing the main frame entirely from aluminum, the problem of rusting during use in refrigerated and insulated trucks has been solved.
■Improved maintainability: Consumable parts such as rollers can be replaced by the user using commercially available tools.
[ Function of the one-way stopper on the Light Slider FT Flat Type ]
The one-way stopper acts as a stopper at the rear end of the pallet when pushing it into the warehouse. When moving on to the next pallet, the stopper folds down so that the light slider can slide under the pallet. This feature allows for smooth and continuous loading operations.
