The Quick Set is a set of all the parts required to install the "Quick" dump truck automatic sheet hooking device sold by Tamura Sogyo Co., Ltd. This eliminates the need to select individual parts, allowing for smooth installation preparation.

We also carry the "Gate Lock G-95NI Set," which automates the manual gate lock on the rear tailgate of large dump trucks.

The quick set includes a reducer, arm, metal, switch, wiring, etc. However, the set contents vary depending on the product, so please check in advance.

For example, while many sets come with arm rods, the Quick E100F-Φ35 Set, Quick E62FN-MX φ35 Set, and Quick E62FN-MX φ28 Set do not include arm rods; they only come with arm bosses. Arm rods must be purchased separately and then welded onto the arm bosses.

Additionally, none of the sets come with seats or shafts, which must be purchased separately.

How to choose a dump truck automatic sheet hook quick set

Quick Sets are divided into sets suitable for different vehicle sizes, such as "for 2t (small) dump trucks," "for 4t (medium) dump trucks," and "for large dump trucks." Please select the set that best suits your vehicle size, seat frame, and seat (with Sunny Hose, etc.) specifications.

Even for sets of the same model, the shaft diameter, arm length, and specifications (pipe or round bar, etc.) of the arm metals will vary. Please select the appropriate size based on the height of the seat frame of the vehicle you are installing it to and the required strength.
