Signboard light (Andon) related parts
A signboard light (andon) is an andon that is attached to the upper part of the cabin of a truck and lights up because there is a light source inside. You can also appeal your company name by engraving.
Signboard lights, types of luminous signs
The signboard lights sold by Yamada Body Works come in two sizes: "Width 650mm x Height 200mm (Small)" and "Width 900mm x Height 250mm (Large)". There are LED, fluorescent, and light bulb types for each size, so you can choose the light source according to your budget and preferences.
The LED type has LED elements arranged evenly, and the feature is that the lens surface shines uniformly. The fluorescent lamp type comes with one fluorescent lamp of 24V32W (large) or 24V20W (small). The bulb type comes with 4 (large) or 3 (small) 24V 10W bulbs, and there is a window on the back for bulb replacement, so you can replace the bulb even if it runs out.
Signboard lights can be manufactured and repaired
We sell "JB signboard light (Andon) N type without light fixture", so you can combine it with "JB signboard light (Andon) fluorescent light unit" or "Signboard light LED fluorescent tube with base". You can make signboard lights.
We also sell the JB Signboard Light (Andon) Acrylic Plate Milky White EX432, which can be used to replace or repair the signboard light lens. We also sell special repair frame rubber (black), so please use it when making a signboard light.
The installation method of the signboard light is to fix the main body with bolts etc. in front of the truck bed, and connect the power supply (+) and ground (-) of the wiring to the vehicle wiring respectively.
Fluorescent signboard lights and fluorescent light units are scheduled to be discontinued in the future. Due to the enactment of the Law Concerning the Prevention of Environmental Pollution by Mercury, the production of fluorescent lamps and fluorescent lamp fixtures by domestic lighting manufacturers has been discontinued one after another. Instead, the shift to LED lighting is rapidly accelerating, and even in the truck body mounting industry, the movement to stop using fluorescent lamps and use LED lamps is becoming mainstream.
