This is an aluminum side bumper kit. You can create a side bumper by combining parts. The JB Aluminum Side Bumper mounting brackets are used to secure the side bumper body to the mounting stay. When extending the side bumper body, you can also connect the side bumper body using the joint backing plate and four mounting brackets. The completed wing body manufactured by the side bumper body manufacturer does not come with an overhang side bumper. This product is also suitable for retrofitting an overhang side bumper.

How to install the JB Aluminum Side Bumper and brackets <br />Insert one M8 x 20 hex bolt into the mounting bracket, insert it into the end of the bumper, and secure the bolt at the bracket with an M8 hex nut, M8 spring washer, and M8 flat washer. (Note: There are no holes in the brackets. Use a JIS M8 hex bolt.)
JB Aluminum Side Bumper Joint Back Plate Installation Instructions
When installing the JB Aluminum Side Bumper Joint Backing Plate to the JB Aluminum Side Bumper, use it together with four JB Aluminum Side Bumper Mounting Brackets. Insert one M8 x 20 hex bolt into each of the four mounting brackets and insert them from the end of the body. Place the joint backing plate in the middle of the joint on the back of the body's joint, and install it so that the back of the body is sandwiched between the mounting bracket and backing plate. Secure the mounting bracket bolts with M8 hex nuts, M8 spring washers, and M8 flat washers. The flat side of the backing plate should face the mounting brackets, and then bolt it down.
